both iandotkelly and valorum are correct. So, to answer OP, it is both. I hate facebook/vertical videos - they chop off a lot of whats in frame. Remember that frames are composed for a reason. Lazy vertical clips just undo all of that. Anyway, initially handcuffed, whilst having their jokey dialogue all related to being handcuffed, she has the soap, gives it to him after using it so his hand is busy, she meanwhile removes the sharp-shape ear-ring (which you cannot see as its chopped off in the vertical video) and picks the handcuff lock behind her back whilst he is distracted soaping himself. handcuff unlocked, him distracted, she double jokes as in its his turn to have the shower to wash...
