Hand the remote to a kid without worry. Profiles are server-enforced ceilings, not UI filters.
The two ceilings
- Baby (under 6): G / TV-Y / TV-G only, movies + TV only — anime and doramas excluded wholesale
- Child: PG-13 max, strict — NR and unrated hidden too, and no opt-out widens it
- Adults see everything except known R / NC-17 / TV-MA by default (
