I did this and it worked for me: Install pysqlite3-binary using: pip3 install pysqlite3-binary Then add below 3 lines in your code file where you have defined Chromadb Credits: I got this answer from here: Issues with chroma and sqlite Note: Doesn't matter if you are using django , flask or fastapi . It should work regardless. __import__('pysqlite3') import sys sys.modules['sqlite3'] = sys.modules.pop('pysqlite3')
