I was told by the friend who maintains the 3rd party software that we use the twilio number with that I needed to create a Regulatory Compliance Bundle by June 1. so I started trying to do that, and the United States isn't even listed as a country in the dropdown and when I asked the Twilio Virtual Assistant, it says the following.
