I drilled my drywall to set up a snap toggle anchor and ran into this material behind the drywall. It’s quite hard and difficult to drill through, but it’s not concrete or brick. Google suggests fiberglass but it feels more like additional drywall. Additionally, does anyone have a suggestion for a low clearance anchor that would support some weight? The drywall is 1/2” but there’s not enough clearance after it and before that wall. A snap toggle...
