Are there any options that we've overlooked? Yes, you can take public transit. The Link light rail goes from Sea-Tac airport to downtown Seattle, convenient to many hotels. Some hotels are within walking distance of Pier 61, from which some cruise ships leave. If your ship leaves from Pier 91, you can consider the King County Metro D Line bus , which runs approximately every 10 minutes through most of the day. For exact timings on these options or any other transit in the area, Google Maps transit mode, the Transit App , or any number of other providers can calculate point-to-point directions for the time of day and exact location you are considering traveling.
