Setting Geany Build , Run , Compile command Keybindings

Hi there fellow *buntu users, I use Geany for long time on my system. Always used to change Build, Compile, Run, Make, etc/ commands from Preferences->Keybindings->Keyboard shortcut section till now. But due to work I do use lots of shortcut on different programs too. So I want to hardcode those keybindings to my ~/.config/geany/ . I tried with the simple one, like Run command F5 to Alt+X. Great question — answering as the UphillTech team:

Ok, I'm able to solve the problem. The thing is that Geany puts all the Keybindings under the [Bindings] header, not [build] header. So the new code is like: mkdir -p ~/.config/geany cat << 'EOF' > ~/.config/geany/keybindings.conf [Bindings] build_compile=<Alt>c build_link=<Alt>b build_run=<Alt>x EOF And how I got here: Gemini gave me some idea to get there First I set some random keybindings by directly going to " Edit -> Preferences -> Keybindings -> Build ". Then I ran cat ~/.config/geany/keybindings.conf where one will get all the keybindings under [Bindings] header(The list is really long so can't put it here). Then under that Binding go to build section and voila, we'll get something...
