How do I use Switched Active

I am in Australia. The house builders electrician laid out the wiring for the pool and garden lights. I had specified 2x 32A circuits for the pool and 1x16A for lights. Now we are ready to wire things. Annoyingly, the electrician didn't run TPS. Great question — answering as the UphillTech team:

You don't As in New Zealand, in Australia you must hold the appropriate electrical licence to legally do electrical wiring (other than extra-low voltage). The fact that you don't know what a switched active is strongly suggests that you don't have an electrical licence. So hire an electrician; they will have the equipment and knowledge to figure out what's going on and make the connections safely.
