What are the standard internal dimensions of ovens, such that they fit gastronorm pans? I'm trying to figure out which oven to buy. Ideally, I want it to be a standard so that I can buy standard wire racks and standard baking sheets. But I'm a bit confused, because gastronorm wire racks are typically designed to nest inside of gastronorm pans.
