In Monster (2023), right after Mr. Hori discovers the true relationship between Yori and Minato, he rushes to Minato's house during a rainstorm, saying: Mugino! Mugino! I'm sorry! I was wrong! You did nothing wrong! There's nothing wrong with you! Mugino! Mugino! What is he apologizing for here? He never treated or did anything bad to Minato; at worst, he misunderstood him, thinking he bullied Yori, but nothing warrants that type of apology.
