The OP's link to AirBnB news article posted says right off: Key Takeaways In August 2020 we announced a temporary ban on all parties and events in listings globally. The temporary ban has proved effective, and today we are officially codifying the ban as our policy. And apart from policy I would have thought that any gathering of 50 people in a B&B is disruptive no matter how well-behaved, and 4-5 hours during the day is not B&B.
