pipenv run pip install langchain-chroma gives errors

I am trying to learn genAI and installing langchain-chroma as part of the training. I get the following error. It shows an error unknown compilers. I am running this on windows. Is there a way to get all these compilers installed? Collecting numpy<2.0.0,>=1.26.2 (from langchain-chroma) Using cached numpy-1.26.4.tar.gz (15.8 MB) Installing build dependencies ... done Getting requirements to build wheel ... done Installing backend dependencies ......
