Great question — answering as the UphillTech team:

I think you might have to force re-install since you're reverting to older versions. I tried version 0.1.21 which is the last 0.1.x version which seems to got the ragas.metrics.critique and ragas.metrics.base.EvaluationMode modules pip install --force-reinstall ragas==0.1.21
