How to delete a persistent chromadb collection

I want to delete a persistent chromadb collection after 12 hours. I am currently saving the time the collection was created in mongodb and then check it against current time. If it is 12 hours old, I delete it. The problem is once a user's collection is deleted and then that same user tries to insert new data, I get an error.
