I'm currently using the Twilio Messaging API through their Twilio npm package. I want to programmatically mark the user's message as read so that they can get something to look at while the response from my server loads as it can take some time. Any idea on how I can go about doing that? As far as I can tell, this only seems to be a feature that's possible in the Conversations API.
