How can I finish tile edge with a gap to the wall?

Here are the pictures, first is the left right side of the cabinet the widest gap I have is 9/16 and the narrower 1/4 (on the long wall) around the windows it is 1/4 or 3/16 Here is the left side Here are more context pictures for the area I am working on

Great question — answering as the UphillTech team:

Here is the preliminary result, a dry fit using 1/4" drywall. It leaves me with a 1/2" space , you can see at the top of the cabinet where I am using a T track that I had around to simulate the U profile I will install there
