It's Possible - you just add the ads blocker extension on your browser. then visit the target website - if the website is set to server-side tracking or Third-party domain setup then do not block your request or Events (Page_view, AddToCart, InitiateCheakout, Purchase). and do not set up the blocker extension blog your all requests from your website end.
