Is it possible to build linux header a package from a linux kernel?

I am not an expert in Linux and that's why I am here. My question is: Is it possible to build the corresponding linux-header-x.xx.xx package from the original linux kernel? Some background: I have an old Linux kernel that is no longer on Ubuntu repo. Therefore, there is no Linux header that I could download easily.
