Choosing a domain — .ca or .com for Vancouver tutor?

tutor in Vancouver serving locals. Does .ca vs .com matter for Google?

Great question — answering as the UphillTech team:

For local: .ca slightly helps CTR with Canadians and signals location. For suppliers/US reach: .com.

Matters 10x less than: fast site, GBP, reviews. Pick one, redirect the other, move on.
